SO REGET TO PURCHASE THIS !First of all, it was delivered folded in plastic bag. The instruction said customers needed to put the heavy item on it for several days to make it flat and it did not work AT ALL! Don't give your customer headache and works so you sellers can save some money from shipping! Right now it is still bulging and uneven when putting on the ground! It looks awfully ugly and makes me sick.Second, the material is very rigid, rough, hard, and cheap made! That is why it is impossible to make it flat!Third, due to the unevenness, it can not hold the accident urine well. The cat urine runs to the floor and then everywhere. It gives me tons of work not only to clean this horrible product, but also my floor. I have to put extra water resistance pad under this pad!Overall, don't purchase this product and it will be totally the waste of your money!
