I have always hesitated to buy an ink cartridge from another manufacturer but the lower price was hard to ignore. There was an issue with the yellow toner where it kept saying it was empty after installing it, but I contacted support and they immediately put out a new set. I liked that I didn't have to wait until I sent it back to get a new one. Most would happily buy again. Can't rate "durability" as I just installed it, we'll find out in a few months.
