I bought it in December, after a couple of weeks I got an 'E' error code. I followed all online suggestions although buying new batteries, charger and film made it expensive. It didn't make the "E" go away. The warranty I purchased with the camera was a long process of making a claim only to find out I need to contact Fuji instead. They gave me the wrong phone number, Google gave 2 different numbers and when I finally contacted someone they told me to "google the form" and the call ended after 2 minutes. The form wasn't very helpful and I'm not sure I'll send it in and replace it. It's a fun camera when it works, but I'm very disappointed in their customer service.
