Review on πŸ”Š Sanus WSS51-B1 Wireless Speaker Stand for Sonos Five & Play:5 – Premium Aluminum Design for Vertical & Horizontal Orientations with Cable Management (Black) by Corey Randolph

Revainrating 3 out of 5

The speaker is not attached to the stand; too expensive for a stand

After looking for cheap stands for my pair of Sonos Play 5 speakers, I ordered Sanus. I was very disappointed that I was confused and ordered a stand - at this price I wouldn't have ordered it once I realized it didn't go in pairs. As for the grandstands, it's good. , a stable stand, although I was surprised that the speaker just sits on top of it like any other speaker or stand. Had I known, I probably would have canceled the order. On the plus side, there's a groove for the power cable (and an optional Ethernet cable), so the stand does its job well and keeps things tidy enough (at least on the front, the back of the Sonos isn't pretty anyway). -- and the stand itself looks very good. Recommended if you don't mind giving up the Benjamin PER SPEAKER for a pretty stand.

Pros
  • Tons of positive vibes
Cons
  • no performance
