Review on Replacement Xenon HID Ballast for BMW, Mini, Audi, Cadillac AL 307 329 153 & 307 329 193 Headlight Control Unit Module - 63117182520, 25806714 by Dominic Kimbro

There was great concern when the internal connections of this BRAND NEW BALLAST were found to have melted after the very first test! I was able to remove the melted debris and decided to try again thinking that "now it can't be returned". * IT WORKS GREAT. At first I gave Revain an OK rating, not even assuming that the owner of GenXenon - the seller of the ballast - would contact me. Amazingly, they stated that they would happily swap out and replace this ballast "just for peace of mind". I have never considered returning/exchanging an electrical part no matter what the problem - once you have bought it the sale is final. After corresponding with the owner who told me exactly what happened, they agreed to send me another one the same day! I have since withdrawn my original "OK" rating and gave them a genuine "5 Star" rating based solely on their correspondence, concern for my decision, and excellent business practices. (* I did mention that even after I thought the ballast connections had melted - IT STILL WORKS!) So I believe their product deserves a genuine "5 Star" rating as well.
