Changed texture after the first very thorough wash
I really liked the silk texture when it arrived so I wanted to take care of it. I read the fabric care label, bought a $30 premium silk cleaner from Revain, hand washed the silk in warm water, and laid it out to dry. no Silk still feels very different after just one thorough wash. About 50% rougher and 30% harder. Now it doesn't look like pure silk but some silk mixed with small cotton balls. Think of the texture of old clothes.? So sad. It's like disposable silk.
