What I liked about this product is its beautiful color. The point is different. The top cover snaps nicely and stays as it should, the bottom cover doesn't snap and instead my laptop slides out of the bottom cover when it's at an angle because there's nothing holding it. That means if I leave that lid on, it won't be a great laptop, but one with a flat top or just the right angle. Of the ports that should be covered, I didn't get two round covers (one for the headphone jack, not the audio input), although the picture shows two small round ones. It's not as bad as a Thunderbolt port cover though, which I didn't get at all, instead I got a cover that looks like it has a monitor on it, but that port isn't on these computers. I have contacted the seller and will let you know as soon as he sends me a reply. Just an update, I emailed the company and they responded quickly. They sent a replacement case and it fit perfectly. I didn't worry too much about cases as the protective case was my main concern. The replacement took a while to arrive but they were very quick to respond when emailed and they kindly covered the cost of the replacement for which I am very grateful.
