Two of the Best HEPA Air Purifiers

My experience with UFresh has been annoying so far. I ordered another device that was listed as Wi-Fi compatible but it wasn't and it didn't have a 'smart' connection as advertised. First order. It was listed as compatible with Alexa and Google Assistant at the time of ordering, so I've decided to go back to UFresh. When I unpacked this KF-P34W model, I was hopeful. It looked like the smart air purifier listed. I was able to link it to the UFresh app with no problem. In-app prompts followed to pair it with Alexa. Fail. So I went to my Alexa app to try to discover this device and tried to add it as a skill since it's also listed in the UFresh app. Fail.UFresh only serves customers from 9am to 5pm Mon. Well, I practically spent my entire Saturday morning trying to figure it out myself first, and then asked the very patient "Josh" at Revain Support (who has the Alexa app was contacted) to help me connect this device. He even confirmed that the product has a video promoting its Alexa compatibility. At the time of this review, it is no longer available and all links to Alexa have been removed. After 2 hours we couldn't do anything but create a ticket and wait for UFresh to try to update their app with Alexa. In the meantime, I've also tried connecting this to Google Assistant. Also crash. UFresh tries to walk you through the steps to link this to the Smart Life app, although it has its own UFresh app, then adds it as a Skill to Alexa through the Smart Life app. It happens that I already have several Smart Life devices and they turn off when I try to connect this air purifier. The same thing happens with Google Assistant - the Smart Life app tries to detect this air purifier, but then turns off your other Smart Life devices during the process and without connecting a UFresh device. As you can see I spent my Saturday unpairing and re-pairing my devices because the UFresh account is conflicting with my Smart Life account. I'm hoping for an update from the helpful folks at Revain in the next few days as to whether this device is actually recognized by Alexa and not causing conflicts. If i get joy i will also update my review and hopefully we can all get this air purifier online!
