Review on Moyidea Windshield Foldable Umbrella Reflective by Josh Cooper

Revainrating 2 out of 5

I am so disappointed; No.

Although none of the sun visors I bought last year cooled the car as they claimed, this was actually the best. None of them lasted that long BUT unfortunately after 10-15 uses it has now joined the rest of the stack of sunglasses in the graveyard. Your metal rod always seems to stick out of the edge seams. I might try using duct tape to see if I can keep it longer as that's the most I paid for. I am so disappointed! I carefully open it, put it back in and close it again carefully. I keep it the way you want it: wrapped/velcro/sleeves. Basically I say don't buy this. I bought it a month and 3 days ago (13 Jul - 16 Aug 21) and the sharp metal rods popped out 2 days ago. I don't use this even daily because I'm afraid of metal sharp barbed spikes that will cut or scratch my insides (past experience with ALL of my earlier versions which is basically a wobbly fold/twist to connect the edges and a smaller circle, and then elastic band tight for storage). It's not as thick as I was hoping to keep the temperature inside acceptable. It's the same thin umbrella material with a shiny side to reflect the sun's rays and a black interior as all Amazon umbrellas. I guess I'll try a fat bad boy accordion I've had in the past that got lost in the rush to clean my car before a tow truck took it away so the insurance company would never bring it back, after it was completely destroyed. Oh, and so delivered on July 13th. Broke on 8/14. The return window closed on August 12th. So haha on me.
