FAKE, cheap hair dye. Not the original formula.
Either the product is not original or they changed the formula and now it works like a cheap hair dye. I have been using RefectoCil for years and I usually buy it in 1 Pure Black although this is my first purchase. by Raven. The original one I've always used tinted my brows and lashes a jet black without staining my skin too much, I was able to leave it on for 10 minutes. This burns in 1-2 minutes and instantly stains the skin a rich purple color. Very disappointed.
