I run an online business and spend 8-9 hours a day in front of a 26 inch computer screen. After my last eye exam, my doctor recommended blue light blocking glasses. I wanted something with a squarer frame as I'm taller and glasses with small or round frames just don't look good on me. have a good fit and feel very strong, but very light. After about 15-20 minutes of wearing you don't even realize they're there. I've had them for 1 week now and I notice by the end of the day my eyes feel better, not as tight or itchy, I think that's the best way to describe the change. They come with a nice hard case which is great too. I've seen blue light glasses for anywhere from $15 to $125 and $49. very happy with the purchase.
