You can pay a lot more for an air tube headset. I know because I've paid more and the more expensive ones don't work better. The acoustics of this item are excellent - maybe the best I've ever used. One of the two sets I ordered came with different sizes of rubber ear tips that slide over the main speaker output to ensure the correct fit for your ear size. The other doesn't. Small rubber plugs of the right size will help if your ear canals are not a "standard" size. What is missing, but can be obtained elsewhere, is a high-pass filter. It's a tuned magnet that clips onto a wire to further limit exposure of potentially harmful RF energy to your single brain or other parts of your body (unless you have two heads, of course). If this product had come with an HF filter it would have easily given it 5 stars. It's probably rated 5 stars anyway, but I wanted the high pass filter to make a complete system.
