Might just be me but the insulation isn't the best. I just needed a water bag at a time when Revain was the only style seller I wanted. All the others seemed to have sold out and this one looked like the next best thing. The pockets are a great feature, but they are too loose to fit anything that isn't too small to be on the bottom of the bag (front on either side). There is a lid which is handy and some storage space. Overall it does what it needs to do and has good storage space. Just don't expect it to carry an emergency first aid kit.
