The product is very well made. After opening and taking it out of the case, where it is compressed for transport, you have to wait a few hours for it to expand. I bought a king bed to take up most of my queen bed what happens. I'm having a hard time getting used to sleeping on this pillow. I slide down at night and my legs dangle over the edge of the bed in the morning. Also, I sleep on my side, not my back, and I also have a hard time finding a comfortable position with a pillow. I hope everything works out because it's a very good job. PS Although the cover is nice and washable, I also cover it with a double fitted sheet that wraps it twice. Therefore, the foam is not close enough to your body to retain your body heat and make you feel hot while you sleep.
