I chose this raincoat as an alternative to the standard PVC raincoat that I have used for years. Too bad, I would have done that a long time ago. The biggest advantages of this jacket over other jackets I've used are the weight and breathability. Now I have gear for the days/nights when the weather doesn't cooperate and I'm not afraid to put it on. I work 100% of my time outdoors and bad weather is part of it. This suit moves with me and doesn't make me overheat like others I've used in the past. It's also compact enough when folded that I can put it in my backpack that I take with me every day.
