The tool helps me with my daily tasks by providing all relevant information from different sources in one place for easy access without having multiple tools installed at your desktop/laptop / mobile devices etc! I like that it provides an application programming interface (API) so if there are new features developed later they will easily integrate into their existing system - no need of reworking everything again when you upgrade software version!! You cannot track customer behavior using this service because its not integrated yet but i am sure we'll get more integrations soon.

Its great way to keep organized about our customers' activity online while surfing through various platforms such us facebook & google+.
