I used this product many years ago when I had a problem animal that kept using my hall rug as a bath. I got rid of the dog, rid of the carpet and the problem was solved. The problem recently returned in the form of a new home and a new pet, which let me know that the previous owner's pet (dog or cat) was using one of the bedroom rugs as a bathtub. Since I couldn't afford to change the carpet, I decided to give Nilodor another chance. It not only worked great for the smell of urine, but also for stains. Now I can let my dog in this room and not have to worry about him getting dirty on the carpet trying to hide the smell of the other dog. The room smells wonderful as this product has a great scent that is not overpowering or irritating. This is enough to leave a pleasant freshness.
