My 13 year old Chocolate Labrador needs new shoes to protect her paws from winter snow, salt and ice. It took me a few tries to find the right size, but they are perfect once you get the hang of them. She also wears them at home when needed. I like the platform's solid bottom as they don't rotate which has been an issue with others. I also appreciate two velcro straps as she has yet to lose one while walking. Thanks to the widened opening, it is very easy for them to fit on it. One thing to be aware of is that the back velcro which is left unused once tightened will stick to berber rugs and rugs but not soft ones. We found out about this when our lab got up after lying down and got stuck. Great product and I would highly recommend them.
