just too big: my feedback

I needed something to hang a clock and thermometer on (where it wouldn't dangle below the beam). This hook goes all the way below the beam so it is ok for hanging stuff that won't blow away. Also it is too fat to fit into a tiny mounting hole meant for a nail or screw. Too expensive for most things. I kept a few for hanging chimes but I just think if you are doing something 'big' you would need a lot and that may cost more than what you are hanging.

Pros

These work perfectly with my new patio cover.

Cons

The hooks may not grip the Alumawood material very well, leading to issues with stability
