I would give it a 3.5, but I'll round up. Very comfortable for summer rides and I feel like I could use it for winter rides. I like the shape and enough storage space. Pants made of excellent material and comfortable. Now for the problems: 1) The main problem is getting the zipper closed. The point where the ends of the zipper are attached to start the zipper operation is difficult to align. Now I'm very careful and have to separate what goes into the zipper mechanism with my fingernails to make sure everything works properly. Otherwise, you will end up with a bad zipper that will take a long time to repair. 2) The padding on the pants is a bit worn - on rides longer than an hour this is important and you need to take a break and adjust the pants. Take the RIGHT SEAL. My other pants are bibs and don't have this problem. I'm not sure if the problem is due to the fact that it's not a bib or the fact that the padding is absolutely minimal such that even a slight movement of the pants will move the padding from where it is should.
