VERY difficult to open and close i
It was the answer to a dream. I have NTM so everything is perfect right? PERFECT? No, because I also live alone and have arthritis in my hands. My son comes 3 times a week to close it for me. I'm not a weak or obsessive person. I try to open them to drain the water. Not pain but strength. I need that shower head. I plan to see if it can be changed.
