OK, but with limitations.
The mirror is large and gives a good perspective. The only problem I have is that it doesn't have windage adjustment. If you have to install it in the middle of the car like I did, the viewing angle from the driver's seat will limit the view behind the driver. Rear visibility on the passenger side is excellent. So my rating of the mirror is that it's good, but not great.
