Review on Luyed 2 x 650 Lumens 1156 1141 1003 LED Bulb: Ideal for Backup, Brake, Tail, RV Lights - Xenon White, 12V-24V by Marc Hawkins

These are amazingly bright lamps. The light is very white and diffuses it well. Not that some of the light comes from the front, but most of the light comes from the LEDs on the sides; This throws most of the light into the surrounding reflector of my lawnmower's headlamp assembly, which in turn creates strong illumination. I took off a star because the mounting tabs on the sides need to be a bit higher than standard 1156 bulbs, so I had trouble fitting them into the sockets. I used fine sandpaper on the connecting button at the end to reduce the overall length a bit. I made a few strokes with sandpaper to see if it would fit the socket, then a few more strokes; therefore I only removed a minimum of material from the bear. I don't know if the material is LED based solder but I have taken precautions. I wouldn't recommend this procedure to everyone, but it helped me with my application.
