It came very quickly and was very beautiful as shown in the picture. We can say that it is handmade and tailoring. However, it wasn't as soft as I would have liked and I was afraid to wash it before the wedding for fear it might come loose. It's 100% cotton but has been either ironed or steamed so it's a little stiffer than you might expect. I'm sure if I took it out and rolled it in my hands to soften it it would work better but it was a gift and I didn't want to open it. I really want to use it on my face so hopefully it will soften a bit after I hold it, use it or apply some heat to it. But it's definitely almost pure white, and blue is baby blue and very pretty. Looks well made and feels good.
