This blanket is a MUST for allergy sufferers. Due to restless nights with stuffy nose and dry throat, we replaced our duvet with this one. Our first night with this duvet was a dream come true. Never woke up for water (was fluffed 3-4 times a night) and slept soundly. The duvet hugs you and provides a feeling of comfort that other duvets just can't match. It's also relatively thin, which bothered me, but it's heavy (dense material). However, in a 65-degree room, the All Season delivered excellent warmth without overheating. I usually take the blanket off once or twice a night because of overheating. I suggest king size for a queen bed and cali king size for a king bed as the curtain allows for a really tight hug on your body. If you don't like snuggling (i.e. the weight of the duvet hanging from the bed pulls the duvet taut across your bed, then choose the right size for your bed. As someone who takes their bedding seriously, I highly recommend this investment. The only thing , what I would like to do is how to break a silk sleeve.
