These were the perfect replacement for the iPhone earbuds that were getting in the way of my small ears. Good sound and everything is fine. Then suddenly, after 3 months of use, one channel just stopped working. The iPhone earbuds still worked and Apple reviewed the phone, but these earbuds just don't work anymore. There is no damage, I take great care of my electronics and I have never had anything like this after such a short time. I don't see any indication that there is a guarantee but I would be willing to try another pair if there is one. It is very sad to leave this review and hope that they will support your product.
