I wouldn't call these shoes dress shoes or even casual shoes for my little grandson who is almost 2 years old. These shoes are silly and clumsy and I think they should be used for dressing up. The rubber soles are made of rubber nubs and it looks like these shoes are machine stitched, nobody checked, they are not real quality. They're also big around the opening and flexible in the legs, which is why they're an instant return to Best Buy. If I left her it would be to dress up a doll but I don't have dolls with feet that big - size 8 for boys.
