Amazing design but terrible user experience. Firstly, pairing via Bluetooth is just a pain, especially if you want to fix it from a laptop to a phone and vice versa it's just a pain. Second - and most importantly, that's why I actually thought about sending it back, that's what it sounds like, it's just a horror, just kind of a fart in the bucket, I spent 3-4 hours adjusting the equalizer, but it's all useless, then I realized that these headphones are just average. There are no frequencies, only high and bad low. This is apparently the worst sound ever, it's really hard to believe there could be anything worse. Windows app doesn't work at all, you can try to tweak it, but no effect. The application on the phone can do something, but there is still a problem with the sound equalizer, there is no average sound at all. Another connection and latency issue: you can press play on the laptop for a YouTube video and after 4-6 seconds the video plays but no sound at all. After that, the sound will start to appear and you need to scroll back on the timeline. Another problem with the presence sensor, I have hairs on my head and sometimes they can be between the sensor and the skin, which drives this sensor crazy, it just turns on and off every second, and you can't turn off this sensor because the application for windows does not work. Another issue is the volume control, which is easy to accidentally change when trying to fix the position on your head. Just very disappointed with this purchase. I'm still looking for good headphones. Just as deceptive as everything that looks beautiful in this world.
