Vinoclean Rose Water Moisturizing Toner I used to use the old version of this toner and the only thing I can find is that the dispenser and fragrance level are different have changed . changed. It doesn't smell that strong. It still works just as well as the old one and is great to use right before the serum and then the moisturizer. I'm so glad the toners are back as I've always used them, but the newer versions are much nicer on the skin. This is good for my very dry and sensitive skin. Without alcohol, without fragrances and without essential oils. Buffers: citric acid, sodium citrate. Chelating agent: sodium citrate. : Water/Water/Water, Butylene Glycol, Methylpropanediol, Phenylpropanol Viscosity Control: Butylene Glycol, Sodium Carboxymethyl Beta Glucan Sodium.
