Perfect when plugged into the correct HDMI port
Didn't work initially, sound and screen then flickered on a 4th generation Apple TV The cable was plugged into the TV's ARC HDMI port ( Chanel's Audio Return) intended for Arc connectors - designed for soundbars, receivers etc. for Smart TVs - Sony TV does not label this HDMI 3 connector as ARC on the TV itself. It is only labeled as an Arc port by the Settings of the TV connected to HDMI port 1 listed and everything is fine, no more problems, good clear 4K picture after setting Apple TV to Chroma 4,2,2. High-quality cable with gold-plated connectors, strong shielding and all at a great price.
