Easy system to use for all my clients. The software is easy to use and is very flexible. Sometimes the software gets sluggish and needs restarting, however for the most part it works great. The software is flexible enough to meet a variety of needs. I cannot think of anything that I do not like about this software. I have been able to use this software for almost 10 years now and I have never had an issue with it. It is by far the best software I have used. I am able to protect my clients and their files from all the potential dangers out there. I can trust that my clients files are safe and secure. I like the functionality of the product. It is easy to use and the customer service is great. I also like that it has a free version. I wish that the software could be integrated with a third party email system. It is a great product that allows me to easily send and receive files to and from our clients. The benefits are that it is easy to use and it is secure. I don't like that it is a separate program. I wish that it could be integrated with a third party email system.
