I finally found LED night lights that I am 100% satisfied with. We bought several sets of 2 and connected them in different places around the house. They have good brightness for use in bathrooms, hallways and stairways. However, I do not recommend using them in bedrooms - they are too bright. A sensitive photocell automatically turns them off during the day. They can be installed face up (giving even more light by reflecting off the ceiling) or face down. They are quite narrow and unlike some other brands, they only cover/cover one outlet of the standard outlet (not both), leaving you free to use the second outlet for other devices.
