Item arrived quickly, was exactly what I ordered and works perfectly. Kwik Note: I have full dentures with G-4 implants from Dr. Golf in Las Vegas. This is a unique "all on four" procedure. Instead of spending several months to a year and more on precise measurements, Dr. Golpa inserts a perfectly formed titanium rod into the gum at the exact angle. This allows pins to be implanted the same day your teeth are removed. I came in in the afternoon. The teeth were removed, titanium bars and pins were implanted. NO PAIN! The next morning, in the middle of the day, I stopped, put in a full set of teeth. From there to the airport and flown home to North Carolina the same day #2. Can be done in a day! before boarding the plane. I ordered a small steak and for the first time in over a decade I chewed on a steak and ate it whole! I also had an apple with me to eat on the plane. I took a bite. No problem! The reason I explained is that with implants you need to clean from the top and bottom and also around the pins. This extra long tip is great for cleaning around shelves from top to top and bottom to bottom. If you want inexpensive false teeth but don't want inexpensive soft teeth that cover the roof of your mouth, look for the G-4 Dr. golpa Get a much higher quality set ready in a day or two. Don't slow down all year round. I have better teeth! Flew to Las Vegas plus hotel for = or a little less than standard cheap prosthetics in North Carolina! dr Golpa gives you a Water Pik travel brush and a Rotadent Contour electric brush (it's pretty expensive, I probably wouldn't buy it), it works surprisingly well! It's quick and easy and your teeth will look like a brand new polished car. Polished to the max! I highly recommend the Rotadent brush and all three of their brushes!
