I like everything about our system. The ease of training our employees, the reliability of our system, and the fact that it's all web-based. There are no physical boxes to worry about losing/breaking! It's very flexible, but sometimes it can be difficult to find help when you need it. I would love if we could get a better email notification (like the old version) so that we could communicate more effectively. We've been able to train our employees quickly and easily since they don't have to learn a new system. We're also much more reliable now that there's nothing to break or lose. Our inventory has become easier to keep track of, and our production orders are more accurate than ever before.
