It is very user friendly! I have used this service for some time now, but they recently made some changes to their system to be more streamlined with other providers like Google Apps (G Suite). This can make using their product difficult if you are not familiar with all of those features. They do use GCP which works well too - just not as easy to access for me personally since that isn't my primary area of expertise. The main benefit of this cloud service is convenience. You don't need to worry about running servers or maintaining them anymore. And all your data will always be backed up.
