I live in the Midwest so our temperatures sometimes get down to around zero in the winter so for my environment and how well I handle the cold this mask is perfect for me. it is extremely stretchy so I don't think most people would have issues wearing this. it is a little lighter weight so if you are outside a lot or in a really cold environment you might want something a little thicker. this is great to keep in my jacket pocket for if I am outside and extended amount of time in my cheeks ears neck get cold I can just throw it on. I have some of the fleece covers similar to this and they are not as stretchy so they fit tighter on my face. And if I am outside shoveling or whatever for an hour or more I get really hot and sweat. I did not have that problem as much with this one the couple times I have worn it outside. It is extremely comfortable and I highly recommend it.
