wow these are light. feels like you are wearing almost nothing on your feet. idid not go with my size that i normally wear i went a size bigger because i got wide feet . iam glad i did . i suggest if you have wide feet go a size or a size and half bigger . ii was walking over nails straight up in paneling that i salvage off of a job . ihad a buddy helping me with unloading paneling off of my trailer . my buddy said you dont feel them nails that you are stepping on . thats when i found out they are puncture proof . i do land surveying and i walk alot . at the end of the day my legs and feet feel great. they are not water proof at all. so i keep a pair of my old boots that are water proof for the creek crossing and swamps . love these boots
