This is the second year my three cats have been enjoying their heated loft condos at my store. I wish I had known this years ago because I feel guilty about them freezing in a cold attic with an ordinary cat bed. The cat house comes with a clear plastic front door and a back door cover that attaches with Velcro. My cats didn't like that the entrance was covered in plastic so I just left it and just added a clear tailgate cover to keep out the cold. I run the cat house throughout the winter and even into the spring when the nights are still cool. They should also use very little electricity as I haven't noticed any increase in my electricity bill. The cat house comes in a sturdy box so be sure to keep this to store your cat house during the summer months. I cannot recommend this product enough. Your cat will love it!
