Great for a young girl!
I bought this for my daughter (TWICE! Because of the puppy incident) and it was exactly what I was hoping for. She asked for a locket and being an active 8 year old I didn't want to invest in something that could get lost. Instead, our pup grabbed it and managed to make quite a dent in it (he's super tough and destroyed Extreme Kong, so I don't think that incident speaks ill of the locket), so we replaced it with a locket . the same product as we were very happy with the original.
