My problem with a nearly deaf Superbelle solved!

I have a 13 year old border collie who walks along the fence in my suburb, barking at neighbors and passing cars. Before she went 98% deaf I could just call her back, but it got to the point where I had to physically grab her to get her attention. This collar has a very loud chime that I can hear in the woods over 100 feet away long before I see them. When I honk the horn from this distance, I see her stop and look back at me. As soon as she sees me, I wave at her and she comes right away. Not only does it reach them with their very limited hearing, but it also allows me to easily locate them by following the sound. hysterical barking. I use a beep to call her, a vibration to warn her to stop barking, and a shock like "I'm really serious!". The range is well thought out. When I examine myself, I don't feel 1-3 steps. I feel a slight uncomfortable tingling at 4, so I'll keep it at 4. I've only had to raise it a notch or two when she's been particularly stubborn about stopping her barking. The only complaint I have is that the transmitter is a thin flat cylinder with no housing or hand held in any way other than horizontal. When I put it in my pocket, my movement often causes a beep, vibration, or shock, so I end up turning it off when I put it in my pocket. Not very convenient when I need to use it quickly. I would like the remote to have some sort of holder that prevents accidental activation and makes it easier to carry. Basically I am very satisfied with the collar.
