I recently moved to a place with a stacked washer and dryer. The problem was that the dryer continued on top of the washing machine in a closet closed on three sides when the washing machine was spinning. It would bounce against the wall and clatter with dishes in the kitchen, and if I didn't keep the dryer still while it spun, it would even slide off the washing machine to one side or the other. My friend suggested building a shelf in the corner to put the dryer on, which sounded like more than I wanted. I wanted to glue the legs to the top of the washing machine. Then we found these foot pads. I got them quickly and we got them underfoot (with quite a bit of difficulty on the hind legs because you couldn't reach back or have closet space, not even for levers. Otherwise it was easy to put the foot dryers in the pads To my great disbelief and delight the pads work like a dream now it's quieter and the dryer stays completely in place what a miracle.
