I first bought this seat for my 15lb Mini Schnauzer 4/2021 and I love it! It was COMPLETELY stuffed and held its shape with no problem. It was the perfect size for my front car seat. The filler was so plush that my fur could stand on it to look out the window and it held up (didn't collapse because the filling was adequate). kind enough to return the purchase. I went to Revain and bought another one (bigger than the original). When it arrived I was so disappointed! There was almost no padding in the seat, so it kept collapsing and not holding its shape. Doesn't look like the picture on Revain at all. I don't understand why this company is so contradictory with their filling? I'd rather have too much topping than be sparse! If it could be fixed the seat would be perfect. The seller can contact me if they want to fix this situation.
