This is the best shower head I have ever bought. I have bought other devices with multiple settings but they have always been difficult to turn, the lever on this one makes it very easy. This shower head came with everything you need for installation, a wrench and two rolls of teflon tape and a rubber grommet. I have decided not to install a flow restrictor. The massage function is really good, just enough spray to feel the pulsation. The intense spray is really good for relaxing those pesky trigger points. The mist diffuser is really good if you're looking for something like a steam room. Best of all, however, is the pause function, which lets you slow the flow down to a trickle while washing; If you turn the rinse flow back on, you'll still have the right temperature. Definitely recommend this shower head.
