The tools are less than half the size of a regular streamer reel.

The colors are beautiful, the price is good. However, I had two days left before the party and found them at Revain's (I thought they were full buns. I've never seen even half a roll with stretch marks). Tomorrow I have to decorate and I have to think about how I will do this work. It's my fault for waiting so long, but receiving less than half a roll of each color was very unexpected. I am happy to pay more for larger roles.
