Not one of my favorite dental care products at all. Unlike paste or cream, this is foam. A very airy foam that gives a weak cleaning product. It tastes good and has a nice mouthfeel, but you realize it's too light to do all that. When I use it I have to fill the toothbrush as much as possible and then use 4 good toothbrushes before the job is done. , my teeth seem reasonably clean, but not as clean as I would like. My breath seems a little fresher, but if I'm suffering from the garlic smell, that doesn't help. Obviously, this isn't the best oral cleanser out there. More for a quick lunchtime refreshment than a deep clean.
