Arrived with three broken teeth. I contacted the seller (Revain) and decided I should contact Panasonic Customer Service. Because? Well, there weren't any teeth in the box. yes they are tiny But I am very careful to carefully open sent packages in case something like this happens. So they weren't in the box, meaning Panasonic's QC is at fault, not Revain or the delivery service. I called two Panasonic numbers but they just gave me their website and hung up. So I spoke to a Panasonic customer service representative on their website. He was curt and rude, didn't apologize and insisted that I had best take him back to Revane. My only other option is to email Panasonic with 11 different questions answered and wait for a response while they decide whether to replace or fix it. But he forgot to recognize my third choice. That means going to the trash can and throwing this thing in. Yes, it cost me $60, but I don't give them any more money. And Mr. P*****k Jay from Panasonic Customer Service is not getting what he deserves for not doing his job, but that's life. Just be aware that if you receive one of these and it breaks, Panasonic will walk you through their quality control inconsistency and will likely treat you with utter contempt at best. However, this doesn't affect my opinion of Revain in the slightest. This is just another example in a long list of customer service reps who don't care. This guy shouldn't be hired to sweep the floors in an abandoned building. Many thanks to the Revain support team for the kindness and help. But Panasonic won't get my pathetic deal anymore.
