and this is my favorite hat without a doubt. Just to give you an idea of the variety in my closet, I have sun hats as small as 6 inches with a hard brim and chin strap, an Asian paddy field hat (think flat conical hat made out of what looks like dried corn stalks), miscellaneous golf hats. (I don't golf), Little Bo Peep style hats with ties, a foldable canvas hat that was my favorite garden hat, cowboy hats, Indiana Jones hats. but this little cap is by far my favorite. I can roll it up and put it in my back pocket/purse/pool bag when I'm not using it and it looks great with everything from my garden attire to my cute little swimsuit and my giant Jackie-O sunglasses. I've gotten a lot of compliments on this hat but to be honest I would wear it even if people told me it looked ridiculous because it's VERY comfortable and sits well enough on my head so it doesn't get in the Wind flies away when I'm on my lawn tractor. I will definitely be buying more of these, maybe in black and maybe an exact replacement for the one I already have. LOVE this hat! ****UPDATE 4/7/2014**** I've been wearing this hat for the past year and continue to receive compliments on it. I liked them so much I bought two more (in different colors) and my mom found one in a similar style which she sent me to wear. When you have "fluffy" hair that needs to be held in shape, you naturally want to look for something more, like B. a visor. For my needs this hat is perfect - I wear it over loose (straightened) hair, low ponytail, very high ponytail, natural waves and my hair always looks amazing when I take the hat off.
