This product is now working perfectly but has received a lower star rating due to some installation and shipping/stock issues. The plastic parts that came with it were a bit cheap so they bend easily when trying to install so be careful. Functionally it works well, although I would like more capacity as I have to refill more often. You have to squeeze the pump an excessive number of times to finally get it pumping. It took me three days to pump the shower and nothing came out before it finally started working, but I haven't had any problems since. Delivery - I ordered two sets of two rose gold pumps. The delivery was very late and I was informed of this on my order page. I received an item and assumed another was on the way as I was charged and saw a late notification earlier. I kept one and kept waiting for the second. Unfortunately, the next time I checked my orders, it turned out that the second one had indeed been cancelled. When I came back to return (due to not having anything in stock to easily re-order) my original return period had expired due to late delivery and no second cancellation notice. At this point I would rather cancel my entire order than send half as I will now be stuck with an insufficient or mismatched quantity. I think in the end I recommend keeping an eye on stocks when ordering and on your order page.
