I liked the look of the strap but it kept falling off even though I tried to hear both parts of the clasp click. Despite the announcement, the group is not sure. My Fitbit dropped in the office and I quickly noticed and fixed it. Then I thought I'd lost my new Fitbit Charge 4 forever — it was on my wrist at 5:45 a.m. on Friday, but when I got home 45 minutes later, it was gone. I ordered a different brand from a different company and will no longer wear my Fitbit until a new band arrives. Very disappointed!
