Had reservations but was MORE than satisfied

UPDATED: I've had the keyboard for exactly a week and am still very happy with it. This is one of the best keyboards I've ever used. It appears to be well made and should last a few years if you take care of it. I am very happy. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I've been looking for a good mechanical keyboard for about 2 months. I originally wanted a keyless keyboard and actually bought a Corsair K100 TKL but it had silver speed switches that were too sensitive. It was great to play with, but terrible to type with. I wanted this keyboard to have brown/tactile switches but since there weren't any I sent them back. I type a lot more on the keyboard than I play with it. I then bought a Logitech G915 off eBay for a great price (almost $100 off a new one). I thought I would be happy with this keyboard but it was more disappointing than the Corsair K100 TKL. I do not recommend this. I looked at a few other keyboards and even bought another one from Corsair (on their website) and canceled it because it hadn't shipped for almost three weeks. In all my research I kept coming across this keyboard. . What put me off buying it was that I thought the raised keys were a gimmick and wouldn't be easy to type on. Well I was wrong. This keyboard is very easy to type and one of the best keyboards I have ever used. Correction, this is the best keyboard I've ever used. Printing on this thing is easy. I have a tactical version of this keyboard that looks like brown switches. The RGB lighting comes out of the box, which is why I used (default). The look of this keyboard is very sleek with black brushed aluminum and doesn't feel cheap at all. Typing aside, that's another thing I like about it. It looks cool on my table. And the slim form factor is just right for me. After the full-size Corsair K55 keyboard, I don't need another big and bulky board. But this one is perfect - even with the palm rest. When typing, the sound is not loud at all. This is a very pleasant tactile noise that most likely won't be heard when you're in a Zoom/Teams/Web meeting. or. The keys sound great when typing. The volume knob is easy to use and instead of turning it, I usually just put my hand on the side and scroll it forward or back. It also has a tactile feel and is easy to control. I haven't had a chance to play with it so can't speak to it but it looks like it shouldn't be a problem. I could go on and on, but I don't want to be wordy. Other people left great reviews and they were right. Finally, I was able to snag this keyboard on sale for $109.99, which is $50 off the regular price. I probably would have bought it anyway, but still - I'm glad I did. I recommend it.
